1. Using another person’s urine

2. Water down the urine

3. Using body cleansing products
There are products that teens can take with water that will color the urine yellow while it is actually clear because they have diluted it by flushing their system with water. These products are available at any health food store.
4. Using fake urine
Believe it or not, there is fake urine that teens can purchase in case mom or dad decides to give them a drug test. Some urine drug test kits will be able to pick this up.
5. Using yellow food dye and water
This is a common cheating method in which the teen is just dying the water so that it looks like urine and giving you a clean sample. Again, if you use a good urine drug test, you can pick up the fact that what you are testing is not urine at all, but simply dyed water.
For the urine drug test to be effective, you need to catch your teen by surprise. Catch them as they are about to go into the bathroom, hand them the cup and then have them produce a sample. If they come out with a sample that is nearly clear, chances are that they have watered down the urine. The best way to conduct a urine drug test is to ask the teen to take the test as soon as he or she gets up, at which time the urine should be the most concentrated.
